Fly Away, A short chapter story. Chapter one.

    I woke up that late afternoon after the fight not knowing how long I had been laying in that spot, though my weak limbs and dizzy head told me it had been quite the knock out. The metal smell of blood drifts to my nose and and wrinkle my nose in painful disgust. All I can remember since the moment I blacked out are unsteady moments when I drifted in and back out of consciousness. None of the light memories help me, and the pain throbbing in my body heavies and I fall into a drunk dizziness.
